The thing that gets me is that there's a lot of blabbing on about Effers details and Effers provokes and Effers this and Effers that until there are twenty times as many posts about Effers than there are posts by Effers.


Whether or not there are provocative posts, there sure seem to be a lot of people happy to be provoked.

Long ago I learned that no one *makes* anyone angry -- lots of people, however, *choose* to be angry about others.

Effers,

I wish I had the right word to make you react. You have many positive things to say, why the hell do you choose those that will annoy people?
This place have many posibilities to let you express yourself and if you don´t find it, just invent it, there would be room for it.

I think you are too self-centered, don´t pay attention to others, you take things for the wrong end. People here are empathetic, but you should change your attitude of pissing them off for the sake of it. That´s what I see, I may be wrong.

You take things too personaly, it´s not about you as a person with her idiosincrasy, it´s about a researcher who seems not to behave with respect and who is seeking attention all the time what annoys people.
Except one or two, noone wants you out of this place, I´ll speak for me : I want the Effers who talks about literature, nature and whatever with sense of humour
I really don´t know how to behave with you. Sometimes I feel compassion, others annoyed.

Effers, relax, have a good sleep and think in positive.

anhaga at least I know that in real life the people I love and am close to love me...I am very choosy admittedly have no problem.

Luckily in this area there are lots of artsits who have a similar temperement. When I spent 3 years at Goldsmiths...I had no problems at all.

People wanted to be full on in encountering one another. Most were in therapy and wanted that honest loving contact...plus humour.

And I met the love of my life there. What a gorgeous woman she was and played the violin to an incredible standard...mostly self taught. Her parents didn't pay for the tuition that would have made her concert standard though I think.

But she now teaches kids to play...

Yes Maria people like me stir people up and will cause upset.

There's plenty of bland in the world though to not cause anyone a care...

It's about being true to yourself. People are difficult.

But LOVE will always endure. LOVE is everything...

There was a thread to do with 'hardware' that myself and kea had a bit of action on.

I simply cannot believe that stuff has been disappeared.

Honestly to people running this place think we are Primary school kids?

I may have my faults...but utter stupidity isn't one of them.

I'm sick of it.

I did over 4 years of intensive one to one psychotherapy at the Mausdsley Teaching hospital.

It was the most incredible journey of honest communication between human beings. That's what sorts things out.

Obviously I'm still the same mess but I understand so much because of that incredible one to one talking.

The doctor was just a registrar when we started but a Consultant at the end...and then got a job in Pimlico. She assured me she learnt so much and could help others. I really do hope she has been.

The weirdest thing was when I said a baby was coming...she thought it was something metaphorical. It probably was. But she actually had just got pregnant it turned out a few weeks later.

I'm going off the computer.

It's getting dangerous how addicted I now am to it.

Just spent a brilliant day with my youngest daughter. We had brunch, worked on my place all day long and then had a wonderful Korean bbq at the place nearby. Love is family, love is true friends. Love is enjoying life when it sometimes seems unenjoyable.

The computer and all it's forms is a pale reflection of life. Those that think they understand what you or I say are just reacting to what they interpret as our feelings and sayings and statements. In fact only face to face, eye to eye contact means anything.

Something I learned here a while ago but it was reinforced today.

The Kurds and their store are worth more of your time than anything online.
