h2g2 The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy: Earth Edition

Over that last 2 months my Father and I have taken apart and rebuilt the Transaxle (a front wheel drive car's transmission is called the transaxle) on my Buick Park Avenue. After a shi-ton of work, a few returned parts (cause the people sold us the wrong ones), and a couple of errors we've got it back in the car and so far it works! YAHOOOOOOOO!!!!!! YIPPPPIEEEEEE!!!! You have no idea how worried I was- I've never rebuilt a transmission before and all we had to go on was a video and a service manual but we did it and it looks like we did it right too!!!! I drove it down to Richmond so it passed its first road test of 100 miles!
