h2g2 The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy: Earth Edition

I've eaten six pieces of bread already. On two, I spread peanut butter and red raspberry preserves. On the remaining four, I slathered real butter. I've also had a 20-ounce cup of great coffee, abundant in this region. Later today I will have pastries, cheese, meat and vegetables, mostly cooked first, some in the tradition of the Fon-Du people of the North. At the end of the day, I will drink a tumbler-full of glutamine and powdered psyllium husk stirred briskly into frigid, filtered water. This day is also slated to include lovemaking, intimate conversation, moderate hiking and the wearing of locally-standardized cotton and leather apparel. Bardia and I are in love for the ninth year in a row. Life rules.
