Hmm...day number 4..
Not bad actually, it seems I can stave off cravings with 
and chewing gum.. Not that those are any better as long-term habits - I may end up the size of a whale and be unable to do anything without 'chawing' as it has been put..
But I'll deal with those things as I come to them! 
Something really nice happened this afternoon....I don't think I've smiled this much in a long time...
