I am slowly clearing the fog in the attick.
h2g2c2 is the h2g2 Community Consortium that propose to take over h2g2 if noone wants it. In the case of a third party taking over the site the h2g2c2 endeavors to be a spokesperson on behalf of the Community (the crowd that give life to h2g2).
h2g2c3 is the h2g2 Community Consortium Committee, a group of concenred individuals that exert themselves in coordinating the foundation/initiation of the h2g2c2 producing a charter and discussing the course and intent of h2g2c2. The h2g2c3 is -currently- the spokesperson for the h2g2c2.
As of yet the h2g2c2 is only an entity without members or legal grounds. Let's say it's a placeholder for the future.
