Job Hunting

Going well - sent off several CV's to companies and agencies.
Have one major gripe though - why do so few job sites (essential when looking for new media jobs!) allow you to browse their vacancies?
I am a Market Research Executive looking for a sideways step into Knowledge Management and/or Market(ing/Research) Analysis and the positions that I would consider applying for are not neatly categorised, as I'm sure is the case for many people's job description.
Being young and dynamic(!) there are also many jobs that I would consider applying for even though I have little experience per se - hence I want to browse the entire database and decide what 'job title' I would like as a result.
Asking me up front what job title I am looking for seems innapropriate, especially in the fast-evolving world of New Media recruitment.
SORT IT OUT!!
