I'm back too! but I was only gone overnight... I had to sleep anyone want some fresh baked bread?

Ooh yes please I've got some black peppercorn pate (well, more of a mousse really) to spread on it

Right... I've got, mangled White baguettes (with poppy seeds) (I've cleaned the bluddy baguette trays now, many many times, and I'm sure they won't be mangled next time)..
Multigrain seeded white crusty rolls,
and some pitta (really can't remember what the hell I put in them... probably white flour and err some seeds of some variety...) oh, they're oragano pittas, the rolls were rosemary can't remember if there was any herbs in the baguettes.... hmmm... probably not...

Mmmm... baguettes!

More fresh bread due to be baked tommorrow.... not much left in at the moment

And butter... and roquefort... I'm ready!
