*lays out the plates of food, including the cold chicken burritos, otherwise known as charmingas, which are strips of chicken, stirfried in soy and worcestershire sauce with basil, chives, garlic and onion, topped with fresh spring onions, jalepeno peppers, cheese, wrapped in a tortilla, topped with more spring onions and cheese, baked for 10 minutes, left to go cold overnight and put in the picnic basket*
