My first encounter with THE GUIDE was more than 15 years ago.

It ccccccccccccchhhhhhhhhhhhhhhaaaaaaaaaaaaannnnnnnnnnnnngggggggggggggeeeeeeeeeeeeeddddddddddd me.

I'm glad I eventually found this site, thanx to arnau (who by the way know as much about Douglas Adams and the hitchhikers guide to the galaxy as I could tell him in 10 minutes next to the braavleis fire.)

So a) how did it change you and b) what took you so long to find the site

Sort of makes sense, certainly one of my favaorite DNA quotes is "In an ifinite unviverse, everything is possible"

It took me a few months, from selling my soul (getting a home PC0 and finding H2G2. I've been here almost a year. I come I go, I drop into conversations I like, and occasionally start new ones. This is a place where you can say what you want to say, but don't be offended if others disagree strongly, give as good as you get and keep

You people are so correct, I read the HHGTTG trilogy in high school, and it was almost as enlightening as my 1st acid trip. adicting? what a fun place the web is, new words just evolve like what was those beasts in the HHGTTG radio show, the things that eveolved several times over dinner.

But this place can lead to addiction, there was some forums to help addicts, dunno if they are still about.
