Sounds rather ordinary, doesn't it?
Hey, when did I turn into a normal person?
Well, my job has become somewhat less stressful. I am now feeling competent. For better or worse, this means I am being given additional responsibilities. My employer apparently won't allow my stress level to get *too* low.
My college courses are also marching on. As finals approach, I see a storm looming over the horizon. I'm trying to push ahead on homework, but I have a feeling finals will be crushing anyway.
But the best waits for after finals. I'll be in the UK from November 23rd to December 6th. I'm hoping to attend the Glasgow Christmas meet-up. I'll hopefully also be in London for a bit, though the dates aren't set just yet.
The rest of the time, I'll be around Banbury. Pastey and his wife have been kind enough to offer me a place to say. They must be the nicest people I know.

wow I hope you make it to the glasgow meetup I've missed seeing you around on h2g2; wish I'd managed to stop by your space before now...

Well, I'm definitely going to be there. Pastey is driving me over there with him and his wife. I even have a local friend's commitment that I can stay at his place that evening.
We'll be arriving around sixish at the pub. I'm very much looking forward to meeting yourself and Demon Drawer! Along with other folks, of course...
Just as an update regarding my other plans -- it looks like I'll be in London Monday and Tuesday, December 3-4. I may also go November 28-29, depending on how I feel about it at the time.
