Strange that an article on happiness could bring out so much venom.
Now I have been accused of lying. Which was a bit of a shock.
Anyway I have withdrawn it from Peer Review, and shall definitely not submit anything else to such unsavoury treatment.

you've received that rersponse, II, as we desperately need new (fresh) authors in PR. However, as people have been saying, rather abrasively, Entries in PR need to be your own work, By all means quote Dr Pernaud, and link to his website. But you don't need his approval for anything/everything you put in. It should be your own ideas, thoughts etc etc...

Everything in that article is my own work except for footnote 5 and the stuff in inverted commas. Anway, as I have said, I have withdrawn it from Peer Review and will not be submitting anything else.
