I remember having asked for the alphabetic index to be split up into smaller sections (like Aa, Ab, Ac, .. Gz, h0-h1, h2a-h2f, h2g, h2i-h99z, etc).
With an answer from Mark that wasn't unlike the one you got: 'great idea, duly noted, we'll come back to that when we've got staff enough'

Well, this is something that would pretty much be like adding a volunteer group. Maybe when we get Peta & Co. back from the DNA rollout - if we get her back
