Nothing major ... had just spent the whole day updating a web page and then had saved it to the wrong 
file thereby deleting another more lengthy web page ... just needed somewhere to vent my spleen without actually threatening injury!

I've had similar types of things happen, but luckily the documents weren't all that important or complicated.
