So I phoned my insurance company and told them that I had moved my car from it's position in an army camp, pretty much in the country, with armed guards at the gate, to be parked in my college car park, and therefore I expected that the premium would go up...
It went DOWN by 10 pounds! I guess in Cambridge you can't crash cause you can never get above 10miles an hour in the city center...

And the problem with this is........
My insurance is £850 3rd party!!!! Poor student alert who is spending the whole summer trying to raise the money to pay for it.
Enjoy cheaper car insurance while you can and before you live part of the year in a proper city with a crime rate like Bradford
