h2g2 The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy: Earth Edition

Apologies to all concerned, but I was not aware that there was anyone out there whose sensibilities would be offended by the word t**d. In fact I picked it due to my belief that it was the most inoffensive short slang word for excrement.

I am sure I have used the word t**d in front of my mum and even grandmother on occasion, but I will now seriously rethink this as it obviously causes much more offence than I previously imagined.

Me neither. Turd isn't on our list of banned words. I'll check it out. If any other words you're unsure about disappear from your page, would you please let me know at the moderation help desk - http://www.bbc.co.uk/h2g2/guide/Moderation-HelpDesk - we're currently training the moderators and it's possible that one of them was a little over-enthusiastic.

Really cool page by the way. What is it just a table? I think I'll take a look at the coding to see how you've done it.

It is made up of an increasing number of tables; I am beginning to lose count myself.

On the table side of things (a subject close to my heart) I have just added some other bits to my page which may be of interest... well possible... well actualy maybe not.. if you have nothing else to do...
