I really, really hate it when my bluetooth keyboard acts up 
Final set of knee joint injections today. it should hold for a year or more, if nothing happens and i keep up with the physio
Overall Health: 4. This IS developing into a cold with temperature and scrachy throat.
Headache: -6
emotional: 5 - so-so.
sport: 0 (though I did abit of very slow walking)
sleep: 5+1 + stuffy head
Accomplishments 6 (injections, plus shopping for drawer handles and curtains, even though the doc said I should rest), +1 (packing a bag for Kish - lots of stuff got left behing during the moving)
Total: 16

well, i AM feeling crappy.
