I had actually shut down the PC and had to start it up again 
Today the core of our SF&F group came for lunch. They're all overworked and the tempers frayed, but I think I managed to calm them down a bit, especially after showing them the flat on the fourth floor and saying they could hold their private meetings there (since mom has NO intention of renting it out). one of them actually conked out on the sofa while everybody was being noisy. they came 10:30 a.m. and left very reluctantly about 6 p.m. very tiring, but i love them to pieces 
Overall Health: 5 - not well but able to keep up (more or less...)
emotional: 8
Headache: -5 - I hope it's just a cold and I didn't catch anything from the workers when they delivered the furniture
sport: 0 (i'd hoped they would leave early and i could squeeze a few minutes in ...)
Sleep: feels like a 5, even though I did take a sleeping pill. weird dreams about zombie animals in the morning...
Accomplishment: a full 10 for the meeting
