Took mom furniture shopping today...
Also, Miss Kitty did it on the housekeeper's spare bed. and then again on the bed linnen waiting to be washed in the garage. we don't know if she's got a medical problem, or if she's just upset about something.
overall Health: let's stick to 5? I was better in the morning, but worse in the afternoon.
Headache: -2 mostly from lack of sleep
Emotional: 4?
Sport: 0
Sleep: 4.5 (after which the mistvieh woke me up to go outside
)
Accomplishments: 6 (5 for the shopping in the morning)
total : 17.5
