A possible solution to solve freshwaterproblems in the southern hemisphere

Floods, droughts and other catastroph has always been a compagnion on the blue planet*. 6 000 000 000 people are using the resources earth is providing. How much is there left for vegetation, animals and rest?
The watercicle is disturbed - Freshwater is NOT a renevable resource- Freshwater has always been presouse and it becomes the most criticale threat for life on earth. Many technical invetions help to solve waterscaresity -desalination of seawater, deep water drilling- but these methods only cure the symptoms.
We must find renewable resources!
Some "findy people" started with Fogwater using in Namibia (very dry area in southwest Africa) -this idea is greate-. An old vision Iceberg for freshwatersupply has been revived. Using the natural "behaviour" of antarctis iceberg it would be possible to provide the southafrican kontinent with freshwater.

Aquaplant - die Fabrik der Zukunft!
Es klingt wie sciencefiktion:
eine Fabrik, die das Meer als Energiequelle nutzt
eine Fabrik, die Strom erzeugt, Trinkwasser gewinnt, Boden urbar macht und viele Möglichkeiten eröffnet zur nachhaltigen Nutzung von Rohstoffen zum Wohle der Menschheit und (somit auch) der Umwelt.
Ein guter Standort wäre die Küste Namibias. Dort liegen hohe Temperaturschwankungen vor -Wüstenklima + kalte Meeresströmung (Benguelastrom)-. Nach der Ansiedlung Aquaplants wären weitere Entwicklungsoptionen denkbar.
Wasserfabriken für das Südliche Afrika zur Deckung der Grundbedürfnisse und Sicherung des Friedens.
P.S.: Spanien ist ebenfalls ein dringender Kandidat von Aquaplant
