And a new batch of beer is on it´s way!
Here the list of ingrediants I have taken:
20 Liter of the best Tapwater available.
2700 g Wiener Malz
380 g Caramalz
120 g Farbmalz
I put in the malt at 40°C,20 min rest.
Heated it to 65°C, 90 minutes rest. Well I still have to wait for the 90 min to be over.
I will put in 50 g of Hallertauer Hopfen (4% alpha), 30 g after 10 min cooking-time, 20 g 10 min before the end of cooking.
The recipe is based on a mild ale, as taken from a brewing book I have got.
I hope it will be as good as the stout I made the last time.
Oh, by the way, I have already lost about 5-6 Kg of wheight. The jogging is going fine, and I do not feel all to hungry in the eavnings. And I do not miss my 600 g of choclate and crisps per week

So I see you are still alive, and in full possession of your eyesight, and the brew did not produce vinegar or something like that. Congratulations! And, err, if it could be possible to have a glass of your beer at the upcoming meeting, then I'd like to have one.
