I miss air conditioning

It's funny, isn't it, how you gain one thing only to lose another?
I used to work in an office with air conditioning but no facilities for taking naps (I have M.S. - http://www.h2g2.com/A361757).
Now I work at home / am signed off sick and can take a nap whenever I need one, but there is no air conditioning and it is *already* really warm this year.
Oh for the best of both worlds...
