Snoopy and the Flöhe

I just found a... well... not very nice Peanuts-strip:
You see Charlie Brown giving his beagle a 
and Snoopy looks at it and thinks: "How nice".
In the next picture Sally is asking her brother what he has given to his dog and he answers: "I gave him a flea collar."
The last picture shows Snoopy lying on his doghouse thinking: "The only trouble was, it took me an hour to get it on the flea."
