Calm Down, You're Outta Control!
We hear about things like Columbine,
And say, "That'd never be me!"
But you never know, some day you,
Could be masked under a yew-tree.

We test others, whom we disregard,
Thinking they won't care,
We assume they'll think it's just a joke,
But it's not; it's quite severe.

People are called some awful things,
Like 'retard,' 'moron,' and 'queer,'
And then we finally perceive,
What we say is severe.

People pass away every day,
Some from natural disease,
Others kill themselves (suicide),
Others die by school shootings.

Some people that we may deride,
Could fall in to this mass,
They go out by suicide,
Then their life is past...
