Noah's Ark??

the rain in Spain certainly got on the plane this time and dumped on us severely.Unbelievable,is it the same in other parts of the world i wonder?.It just doesn't seem to want to stop, scary stuff indeed. For the first time in my life it truly makes the story of Noah's ark conceivable, and the damage!!there are parts of the bush that are totally unrecognisable,it is as though a giant hand has come down and plucked trees in the same way that we would pluck week old weeds. It looks like a thousand elephants or tanks have been by.There is no doubt about it ,we are but grains of sand and mother nature, governed by time,is the true boss.

Here's another strange weather story. This morning, about 10:20 AM EST, I woke up to a winter wonderland. There was 6" of snow on the ground, and yesterday it was 77 degrees F out! I live in the northeast US and I don't remember ever getting 10" of snow in April!

Especially in the last few years. I've noticed that we've rarely gotten anywhere near the snow we got in the early seventies. I would like to know if any other parts of the world are having strange weather trends lately. I know some are!

Hey Cloughie,
Wacky stuff dude thats for sure. From what i read and hear it is all over the world.Do you ever watch the Discovery Channel?...if you think too much about what they show it can become quite frightening.I read stories like yours and it makes me think about the remains of a mammoth they found in the arctic waste with fresh grass in it's stomach at the time he died????....Whats happening brother?
Oh well, one day at a time i guess. As i said it doesn't bear thinking about too much.
Stay cool man...(no pun intended, you being stuck in 6 inches of snow and all that!!!)

Well it was 10" when all was said and done, but it's nearly gone now. The ground was just starting to get dry enough for kite flying, I hate when my lines get wet. Oh well, April is 'mud month' around here.

I agree, the weather is pretty f***ed up all over. I don't worry about it, like somebody once said, "Everybody taks about the weather, but nobody ever does a damn thing about it!" I don't worry about things I can't control. Nice talking to you though, I'll be in touch.

I couldn't agree more Cloughie,in fact i would go one further and say that i don't worry about anything...whats the point?I personally think that worry kills more people than any disease, war or otherwise.Yeah man, nice chatting.
