I really like books. They are great. I like to read them and I like to collect them and I like to make people read them.

I share your love of books absolutely.
My fantasy room has one wall full of floor to ceiling bookshelves, full of old books, a leather bound desk and a MASSIVE bay window which I can have cushioned so I can sit in it and read of an evening. Ahhhhhh... heaven. (Like, I think, the book "Jane Eyre" begins)
Go on then - recommend a good book for me to read, and I PROMISE that if I can get hold of it and read it, I will.

Well, since you asked, I'll recommend The Child Queen by Nancy McKenzie. It's an Arthurian book and extremely well done. There's also a sequel if you like this one-- I believe it's called The High Queen. Of course I could recommend many more but this is a special favorite of mine. Do you have any suggestions? I promise I'll read it if I can find it... And I like Jane Eyre...

I recommended you a couple on another thread - Robert Rankin books - DO give them a try, they're really quite funny.... How ENGLISH do I sound??!?! (I AM english, so I suppose that's not such a bad thing!!)
