I rang up a lady at work who enters a figure into a spreadsheet everyday that we then use.
She sometimes forgets so I rang her up. She said she had just remembered and was going to put the figure in when I rang but I had the file open.
So, I said as I had it up already I would stick it in. (innocently said)
I rang off and my colleague was in stiches.
It's doubly funny as the women has just had her civil ceremony to get 'married' to her girlfriend. So, I have no idea what I was saying I would stick in where...apart from the number.
