h2g2 The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy: Earth Edition

Well, everybody seems thrilled about the new smileys. I'm not sure what to think of them. I do know that the basic smileys (like the regular smiley, winkey, tongue, wide open eyes and fish) looked much better the old way. As for the new ones, maybe there's too many of them. Every forum is packed with those things. Although some are very good, it doesn't improve the quality of some fora. Oh well, whatever makes the people happy I suppose...

Oh , I never said that you couldn't like them. I just think that the old ones were much better. Apart from that, those new thingies make the fora take ages to load, and they don't really add anything to the old ones. But then again, that's everybody's personal taste I guess

I've been here for 8 or nine months now, and I agree with you, it's a great place . All the things you can do here, and so many different kinds of people. I wouldn't be able to find such a diverse group anywhere IRL
As for the duties of Aces, if you already applied to be one, you will be emailed the Code of Conduct soon. In this code you'll find everything that concerns being an ace. The rules, the duties, the extras etcetera. You will then be asked to agree to that Code, and voila .

Unfortunately I get my glasses next week...is it true what "they" say about girls who wear glasses? I hope the glasses will cure my headaches.
