....Would you mind awfully if I asked you to help me get there? I have a bit of a social fear type thing as I spend 99% of my time in the house, so its going to take a lot out of me to merely get there on friday alone....so...would you like to meet somewhere prior to the Friday pre-meet (...a sort of pre-pre meet 
) on the friday, so we could go there together? If you think Im just being silly and ridiculous then say so, and I hope it doesnt sound as though Im using you as a means of mere support, because I would love to meet you anyway as you're very cool in the form of a researcher, so I have no doubt that you're wonderful in person and Im rambling
