I've been VERY well. I had a cheesecake for dessert at lunch today, and brought home the chocolatey leftovers!!! YAY!!!
I have finished a fiction book.... and I'm waiting for someone to want to take a risk on publishing it... That explains the nickname... I've sent out 12 queries, you see!!!
I'm currently in summer school, and I've begun to get aggravated with it. However, there are only about four more weeks left!!! YAY!!!
Just not very motivated to do schoolwork, you know!??

mmmm cheesecake and chocolate! Heavenly! Yesterday I picked strawberries, I LOOOOOVE strawberries!!
What's your book about? What sort of fiction is it?
What courses are you taking in summer school? I understand the lack of motivation -- it's summer for the love of !
I wanted to take summer school this year, either distance courses or courses at the Uni in my city, but neither option had any courses that would have been useful to me! :/ I'm gonna look into half-courses at another uni that does a lot of correspondence and distance education though.

Ha! Your book sounds pretty cool! Good luck with the other four publishers! I enjoy books on the topic of hell -- ever read Piers Anthony? His Incarnations of Immortality series was pretty cool.
hehe Yay linguistics! hehehe Are you enjoying the courses? I mean, the fact that they're keeping you from the joys of summer notwithstanding! :P
How far away does Ian live from you? Do you guys get to see each other pretty often, or no?
hehehe that's very true, and it's a nice summer! hehehe

As for enjoying my classes, I am a bit. But for the most part, I'd like to NOT do them.... but I only have a couple-three weeks left. YAY!!!
Thank goodness!!!
I haven't read much Piers Anthony.... if he wrote Letters to Jenny, then that's the only book of his I read.
Ian lives in England and I'm in Colorado. When I graduate in May, I plan to live for the majority of a year with him in order to make sure I can move over there... YAY!!!

I gotcha - when you finish these classes, what comes next for you, school-wise? Or will you be done? Can't remember if you've said before... What are you graduating in?
I haven't read Letters to Jenny (yes it's by him), I'm more into fictional stuff, in general, although I enjoy fiction BASED on reality!
Wow, that's not close at all! I can see why you want to spend time with him before you move over, good call, sounds like! How long have you been together, how'd you meet? (I think you may have said how you met before, but I'm not sure...)

I'm graduating with a Bachelor of Art's degree in Writing....
Ian and I have been a couple for nearly two years. We met online about three years before that, and we were just friends.
Hope you are well!!!

Writing, pretty awesome! I love writing, it can be so relaxing i think.
So is anything else new with you, either on h2g2 or off?
I'm doing well, and I hope you are too!

Hey!
Just got back from a great week -- I went to Toronto for the Rolling Stones concert, and from there I went with my family to visit my sister in New Brunswick. My dad's crazy, he drove almost straight the whole way there, like 16 hours, stopping for periods of no longer than half an hour, and the same on the way back! I think he gave the wheel to my sister once for about an hour, on the way back... crazy! :P
So are you enjoying spending some time with Ian now? Are classes out yet?

Classes went out and went back on!!!
I've started a new semester. YAY!!!
I will see Ian again in January. We had our BEST visit ever!!! YAY!!!
That trip sounds crazy. Your dad is terribly ambitious. I don't know how you survived. I'm jealous that you got to see the Stones. ROCK ON!!!
