I was IMing with Ben, and she said that you'd be joining her and GT in the California part of the trip, and since they're going to be visiting me, and my husband, and the by-then-born PaperBaby (U211555--yes, I'm weird, but then, you may have figured that out already, since I *am* on h2g2
) you might be meeting us too, and I thought it'd be nice to at least say hi once
And if the above makes little or no sense, I'm

Hello Amy,
thank you for the mufflewhump, and its a pleasure to make ur aquaintance. I'm a less than frequent visitor to h2g2 these days, but I do still lurk and even post now and then... 
I can't wait to get over to California, as i've never visited the states before! And getting to meet people who I've only seen through a website is always most fun.
And congratulations and good luck with the little bundle of papery joy.
