i just read your article on Porters five factors at http://www.bbc.co.uk/dna/h2g2/alabaster/A593345 . It was very informative. I am current writing an essay based on Portors five factors and the airline industry for my BA Business studies course. I noticed that you are in your third year on a Administration course at university. Could be kind enough to give me your e-mail address so that I can send my essay over to you to get some feed back? This would be very helpful. I will publish it on the website when I have finished along with some over essays. I was going to reference part of your essay but you have not given your name, which makes it a bit difficult.
