I've calmed down a bit now (deep breaths and several coffee hits)! The BBC are a fantastic institution, the way it is by the unique way it's funded, by you! So does this mean that we all now own shares in h2g2? My only remaining quibble - WAP (W-hat A-ppened P-lease)?!?!?!? Going to York tomorrow, how do I find a decent ale-house selling Pangalacticgargleblasters from the comfort of my travel-tavern bed?!?!

Hello, it's Good Friday 2001. What's good about it? I have just logged on to h2g2 for the first time in a while and found that the BBC have wiped all my journal entries! About to go exploring to find out what's going on, anyone have any ideas?...
