I wonder how many Pagans or Wiccans are actually members of h2g2, anybody have any idea (or want to take a guess)?

It is sorta hard to say. I have run into a few. And if you do a search for pagan or wicca in the forum postings you get a few entries [although several are ours].
We are everywhere....
