First thoughts
Posted Oct 15, 1999
I have only logged onto h2g2 twice, and both times I've been impressed with the enormity of the site, and the corresponding uselessness of a lot of the info. The edited articles stand out a mile as being much higher quality, so my first aim is to get one accepted. I need to think of a suitable topic. One that hasn't been written about already and that I have first hand knowledge of. I also don't want to waste all my time at uni here!

"The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy is a wholly remarkable book. It has been compiled and recompiled many times and under many different editorships. It contains contributions from countless numbers of travellers and researchers."
