The expanation is very simple:
When I was a young Researcher, I saw the Language Clinic in World of h2g2 (then called "A Peck of Peta's Picks"), and followed the link, and shocked to find that there was no Spanish Phrases Entry. Luckily, as I was taking Spanish as my foreign language in school, I was able to make one.
But I'm not from Spain! Or Mexico! English is my first lanugage!
