Why do some people get two ACE visits?

Anyway, neither of them directed you to The Forum: A1146917. This is intended as a home of intelligent debate. And indeed, this is occasionally what happens there (between the bitching, insulting, inuendo, and general grumbling).
Since you began your h2g2 life with a posting on the 'God' conversation, you may be interested in some of the chats in The Forum, where religion is often discussed. Take also a glance at C30.
See you around!

Yep. I've done all the Irish Munroes, and Snowdon. And a bit of walking in the Pyrenees. I'm a hillwalker, not a rock climber. And certainly not an Alpinist. But I have fun. And that's what matters.

Thanks for waking up the 'God' conversation. It's been sleeping for a while, but it's always interesting when it gets going.
Keep it up!
(I can point you in the way of a couple of other interesting debates if you're interested.)

F135418?thread=524287 The moral majority strikes again...
(Like the "God -- Fact or Fiction" discussion, this one has been going for a very long time and has drifted well away from its original topic. Also like the "God" discussion, the quality of debate has varied, but it's quite civil at the moment.)
F19585?thread=4005961 Reading/Read 'The God Delusion' by Richard Dawkins?
This is more recent and shorter, and has stayed largely on topic.
F19585?thread=4293251 Did Jesus rise from the dead?
This is a break-off from the previous conversation, to keep it on topic.
F19585?thread=4492900 What would you do to prevent your children from doing the First Communion?
A question from a Spaniard.
The first of these is from The Forum. The rest are from Ask.
Enjoy! (Or, if you prefer, get a life. I prefer h2g2.)
