I just read your article on earthquakes in the new madrid area. I live on the New Madrid fault line in Cape Girardeau Missouri. Do you live in this area.

Nope, actually I live in eastern Washington state...quite a ways from any serious earthquake country (though one of these days Mt. Ranier is going to let go and blast Seattle, but that's a 5-hour drive away).
