You asked on your site if anyone was interested in an off line reader,
I "live" on the end of a paid for modem link and just got the phone bill, so may I take this opportunity to say YES.
I see some of your articles are getting passed the censors (sorry Sub editors)but they are going to have to up the rate from five a day to keep up with you.
How you manage to keep up this rate of output and do work as well is beyond me.
PS
Keep up the suggestions for improving H2G2 the PTB's are bound to take note eventually.

Thanks for the vote. I may well tackle an OLR eventually. The main problem I see with this at the moment is that it would have to be based on parsing the HTML, which is inherently fragile; a site redesign might leave me scrambling to revise the OLR quickly to catch up. 'Twould be much easier if the PTB were to make available a database feed of some sort instead.
However, I'm still pondering the idea, and I might go for it. A job that big I might well decide to release as shareware, rather than GPL'd open source. I wonder if there would be a market?
