Hello, I've just joined h2g and have read with interest your research datea on storing eggs in Water-glass. As a small child I remember my parent storing eggs in this way and as I keephens I would like to do this, but cannot find where to buy silicate of Soda..Did your research turn up anything regarding suppiers. Be really interested to hear if so.
