That is very unnerving, T! I've never had that happen to me.
The closest I have ever come - besides being your brain doggleganger of course! - was a picture I saw of Fashion Cat. E was walking by my computer and asked, "Who are those people you're talking to? I don't recognize any of them." It was a bit unnerving, but she really did look like me in the pictures I saw. And here she is at H2!

Maybe all of my twins are congregating here for some reason...

Would you prefer or - and would you avoid either or both of them before going to sleep?

I'm originally and deep down a person, but I'v learnt to drink at w*rk, because it keeps me going (although I usually like the kind of coffee that 'real' coffee-drinkers wouldn't drink even if their lives depended on it...

...and I have no trouble at all going to bed after drinking - it has never had an envigourating (sp?) effect on me, more like relaxing...
