I'm sure an ACE will come in soon to help you...ACEs are like the hootoo gaurdian angels that help out all the new folk, which I am guessing you are one of 
Anyway, in the meantime, the most useful place I would think to start off would be the FAQ, it's got most of the goods...

Hey sweeneyfosca I am one of the ACEs mentioned by Kaolin, and feeling a bit 'too slow, old man!', with his speedy welcome I am not a trainied professional, but quite willing to help out if you get lost, or need a hand around the site Well, enough for now as there is work calling
