I've just been involved in something similar, except totally different - and found a better method than Fanta for keeping the pictures flat. Press them down with a *very* slightly damp cloth. They roll up because they're only moist on one side, so slightly moistening the other will prevent that 
Ok, a few of mine have little wrinkles in, but then, it's a table, not an objet d'art
