Hi Carino!
I'm not going to be biased here, because I actually run a hotel in Torquay
What sort of thing are you looking for in your holiday? Do you want lots of things to keep them occupied, or a quieter sort of family place? It really depends on whether you want more of a nice place for them to play with lots of open spaces, or whether you'd rather be somewhere with lots of attractions to visit. I could recommend all sorts of places, but it depends what you want to do with them really!

Thanks for getting back to me.
I know you run a hotel,it's not about that,i would like some info on the area and what it has to offer, what entertainment does it have for very lively 12 and 4 year olds, trust me they are very lively...until about 10 pm

Well, Torquay itself has everything you'd expect from a British resort - the sea front has a huge park, nice sandy beach, crazy golf, all that sort of thing, as well as the Riviera Centre, which has a big pool and wave machine. Most of the hotels round here (ours included) have entertainment most nights that's suitable for families, and you'll usually find some kind of games room with pool and table tennis to keep them occupied!
Exmouth is also a nice place to stay, it's got a really long pebble beach and similar facilities to Torquay. It's a bit quieter there, though, and there aren't quite as many things to do if the kids are quite active!
Away from this area, I'd also recommend the north Devon coast, but the downside is that if the weather is bad, it gets *really* bad, so you have to be prepared.
Hope this is helpful

Well, if you need any more help, just give me a shout
And if you are looking for a nice hotel in Torquay itself, you could find a great one by Googling "cavendish hotel torquay"
Glad to be of some assistance, anyway!
