I make that £29.15 altogether then, sound right?
Even with the aggressiveness of the PO, we're still under budget
It was really nice to get the letter too, by the way - an update on the garden will follow once I have had a ... smelly day!

It did'nt come to that much surely?
My punctuation is as bad in a letter as it is with my typing
I'll look out for the update when you're ready and less smelly

Well, if you add £1.85 times six that's what I get added on to the £17.99, so I'll send you that anyway.
I only noticed one misplaced comma, and only because your psoting made me go back and check if for grammar I think I can excuse you that, as I owe you about a million
s next time I see you anyway
I've showered an awful lot, but pond soil stinks and sticks... forget my wellies idea -

Yep! Pond soil has to be one of the worst smells It does'nt seem to bother the pond life though
Next winter i will have to clean out my pond, not a job i'm particularly looking forward to
The flowers on the writing paper were from my garden Many years ago i used to do 'flower craft' and sell them at school fetes and places. I don't have the time or patience to do that kind of stuff now
Off to read your update now

It's great for the pond life, until you drain it The sight of a dead dragonfly larva floating by is pretty sad when you saw it being laid...
I think the flowers on the letter were wonderful, especially in these days where an individual touch means using a nice font in an email! It's not just 'I've thought of you enough to write you something nice' but also 'I wanted to make even the paper look nice, too'
So I really appreciate the time and patience you've given me lately

Aawww, that is sad Did you see many larvae? Did you know they live for up to 3 years as a larvae, before turning into a dragonfly? Oh and the larvae eat tadpoles, newts and small fish
I take it you did'nt get my text about the cornflowers? We've run out of cornflower seed and won't get anymore until October. Did you want a substitute? We have Feverfew or Borage, or you could double-up on one that you particularly like. The other alternative, is i can send the corflowers when they come in October. You can sow them next spring, they will still flower the same year. Its up to you m'dear.
I rarely write letters, it's easy just to run one off on the pc, but it does'nt have that 'personal' touch, which i much prefer when writing or recieving a letter.
It's nice to be appreciated, thankyou.
