If you didn't post things like this. Think about your audience.

RF.
As you have posted to me directly its only courteous to reply even though my first reaction is to say nothing, but this is a public forum so I feel its better to respond.
Taking the last point first, I don't post with a specific audience in mind, any posting I make is in response to a question or comment previously made in one of the threads, nothing more nothing less.
On the first comment, it appears to me you are making assumptions. Anything I post at the moment will probably be seen by you as being related to the situation in which we currently find our selves, whether it is or not. So what would you have me do? Stop posting all together?

On that particular thread, yes I would.
Last nigh I met Sarah for a talk. I'm sure you've heard the gist of it by now. One thing she said to me was that both you and LS didn't want to do anything to hurt me. I don't know whether you said that or not, or whether you meant it, but I'm just saying that it does hurt me when I read something like that. LS's thoughtlessness yesterday (I assume that's what it was) also hurt me.
I guess I'm saying: if you mean it, don't do it.
