h2g2 The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy: Earth Edition

I'd like to make a statement about two people my mother always wanted to meet when my brother and I were childre. As I recall, the names of these individuals were "Not Me" and "I Don't Know". An incident would happen, say, who got into the cookie jar......and of course Mom would go to both of us and say, "Who ravaged the cookies?" My immediate answer was, "Not me", and my brother's was, "I don't know". Mom would then reply, "I'd certainly like to meet this "Not Me" and "I Don't Know", because they seem to be taking liberties around my household!" The only problem with that was, we STILL took the fall for those two mischief-makers, who got away scott-clean. Rotten bastards.
