I didn't want to 'hi-jack' GB's thread with talk about Derbyshire, so I thought I'd leave a message here!
An absolutely wonderful choice of places you like to visit. I know them all well
Lathkil is one of my personal favourites; along with 'the dams' I am also particularly fond of Beresford Dale - have you been there?

Hi darling
No not done Beresford Dale but did a lovely walk along Derwent Edge last summer,got absolutely soaked when hit by a brief storm,was hoping to get over this weekend but events have overtaken me so i doubt i will make it
