Hello, I have just spotted your note. I have had an earache all week. I live with my mother who is deaf and consequently talks quite loud, which caused a build up of ear wax, which I tried to clear myself. I sympathise with you. I appreciate that tinnitus is a very discomforting and painfull condition. I do not use pharmaceuticals and prefer natural remedies wherever possible. I turned vegan 4 years ago and my health has been improving ever since, though the price I have paid seems to be more sensitive hearing, which is consequently easier to damage. Sometimes I feel like walking around with ear plugs in, a broad brimmed hat on, sunglasses on and wearing a dust or surgical mask and a nuclear and bio-hazard suit, but then that would be hypo-chondria.

......almond oil from chemist was recomended by doctor for wax in my ears.....some ear things, like Otex, contain chemicals which make tinnitus worse, which I could do without, lol.
