I've been lurking on the thread about Muslims, and whereas I have to say I don't agree with a lot of what you say, I do agree with you about Blickybadger. His comments about the bombing and about asking you about it, and his calling you a liar, are characteristic of him... Don't worry about him, he's just like that...

....I have no problem with people thinking what I say is silly, but there is no need for some of the comments used....a simple I disagree, or that is a silly thing to say will surfice. If you rubbish peoples genuine concerns completly then they have nowhere left to go but deeper entrenchment, and after all Christmas is a time of goodwill, whether you believe in it or not!

Its the school holidays and i really have nothing better to do but I actually followed Della here.

This is absolutely true. It's not necessarily clear, however, who was harrassing whom.

Della was harassing blicky. Specifically, she was demanding that he be banned from h2g2 for something one of her own sons had done. She threatened, "seriously" (so she said) to arrange to have him killed. She thus acquired the nickname "Death threat Della".

Her name changes since have been attempts to disassociate herself from her past behaviour and pretend it never happened. She has never unequivocally apologised for her lies, threats, and defamation of blicky at that time, although she has repeatedly claimed that she has. Strangely, she is unable to provide a link to the posting in which she apologised.

As we keep doing it either we have a severe mania for it or we find it fun either way we cant seem to stop scratching this itch of ours.

I was cleaning out my h2g2 email inbox this morning and came across a photo that you sent me last month. In the email thumbnail I saw it was a group shot but couldn't make it out clearly and decided it actually wasn't a real photo of a researcher (I've had joke photos sent to me before) and promptly forgot all about it.

But as I was clearing out my inbox this morning I was opening all files before I deleted them and saw that the photo you sent was of about twenty naked men with hard-ons all holding up their d*cks in their hands.

Why did you send me this photo?

No, it's not a wind up. I didn't recognise the name in the email so I did a search on h2g2 and that's how I found this page.

There was a thread going on at the time called 'Does Size Matter?' and this was referred to in the email. I guess it was meant to be a joke but I just thought it was weird. Which is why I asked why you sent it. But since you say you didn't then perhaps someone was also having a joke at your expense.

.....I just wish you had just asked me if I had sent you an E.mail first without mentioning contents.......this sort of thing is damaging to someones reputation, which I can do without.
....I have always made it a rule to not ask for someones E.Mail address or give mine out, which perhaps is maybe a good idea for you to do as well.
....if this was some third parties idea of a joke it isn't even the least bit funny.
