Thanks, Feisor, for the greeting. I haven't been around here very long but I realize that it's a job which you must perform for the newbies. Thanks anyway!

Now, about that souvlaki...it's very simple. Perhaps you'd like to start off with the cheesecake. First, you must have a bottle of Amaretto di Soronno...

And though you didn't ask, the "stealth and flame" bit is a reference to the specific jobs I had. Stealth: I spent four years in the U.S. Navy and my job was to fly in an intelligence gathering aircraft. Flame: I was a professional firefighter, having recently retired and enjoying retirement much more than driving the firetruck...although that could be fun.

And how did you know I have a boat? Well, okay, it's a kayak but it does indeed float.

I had a sneaking suspicion that it would be of interest to you...I mean, cheesecake AND amaretto, together? What a combination! And one of the nice things about it is that the recipe doesn't require much of the amaretto, leaving ample amounts for, well, sampling?
